2. Refund Policy
a. Consultation Services:
- Initial Consultation: Fees for initial consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.
- Ongoing Advisory Services: If you are not satisfied with our ongoing advisory services, you may request a refund for the unused portion of the service. Refunds will be prorated based on the time remaining in the service period. Any refund request shall be processed on the basis of merit of the case in 7 Working days.
b. Workshops and Training Programs:
- Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your participation in a workshop or training program, you must notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Us: If we need to cancel a workshop or training program, you will receive a full refund of the registration fees.
3. Cancellation Policy
a. Service Subscriptions:
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
- Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription, calculated from the date of cancellation to the end of the subscription period.
- Custom projects: require a deposit to begin work. If you cancel a custom project before its completion, the deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid in full, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of the project, less any expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.
